How to cancel

Sign in, open My Subscription and choose Cancel subscription. Confirm and you are done — no phone call, no email required.

You can also cancel from the Stripe billing portal, reached from the same page.

During the free trial

Cancelling during the 30-day trial means you are never charged. You keep full access until the last day of the trial, then your membership simply ends.

No payment is taken and there is nothing to refund.

After you have paid

Cancelling stops all future payments. You keep full access until the end of the month you have already paid for. We do not take a further payment afterwards.

We do not refund periods already used, but nothing here affects your statutory rights.

If you cancel by mistake

While your access is still running you can choose Keep my membership on the same page and it restarts from where you left off, without a second trial.

Your data after cancelling

Your plan, documents and messages are kept, not deleted. You can restart later and find everything in place, or ask us to delete your account.

VAT on cancelled memberships

No VAT is charged on RelocationPal subscriptions. Relocate France operates under the franchise en base de TVA (article 293 B du CGI); invoices show this mention.
