Who is responsible for your data

Relocate France (SIREN 891923567) is the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us through the contact form on the Relocate France website.

What we collect

Account data: name, email address, password (stored by our authentication provider), language and verification status.

Relocation data you give us: your situation, household, plans, questions, messages and any documents you upload.

Billing data: your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, plan, status, trial and renewal dates, and invoice history. We never receive your full card number.

Technical data: essential session and security information needed to keep you signed in.

Why we use it

To create and secure your account and keep it verified (contract).

To generate your plan, answer your questions and analyse documents you upload (contract).

To take payments, manage trials and subscriptions, and meet accounting obligations (contract and legal obligation).

To email you service messages such as trial reminders, payment confirmations and cancellations (contract).

Who we share it with

Stripe processes payments and stores your payment method; we see billing status and identifiers only.

Our hosting, database and authentication providers store the app data on our behalf.

Our AI provider processes the text you submit in order to produce guidance. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Your account and relocation data are kept while your account exists, so that you can return to your plan after a break. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time.

Billing records are kept for the period required by French accounting law (10 years), without card details.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your data, and to receive a copy of it. Write to us and we will respond within one month.

You may also complain to the CNIL (France) or the data protection authority in your country.

Cookies

We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and to secure your session. We do not use advertising cookies.
